If you have looked at photos of many female celebrities from their youth and then now, you can see that it is obvious that these women have had a rhinoplasty to make their noses slimmer. It isn't just weight loss. Is there a trend in a particular type of nose? Does a certain nose look better on camera? Why are they getting surgery when they are already beautiful? Is there something bad about having an "unrefined" nose tip? Where might this idea have originated?

One of their public face and another where the paparazzi had caught them off guard. So real-life they should do this on billboards. Give their consent to show their faces without make-up and educate all these teenage girls that ruin their lives trying to look like them. Or even better ... do you need their consent to plaster that double spread in the mail onto billboard size posters. Or is it all about who owns the copyright to the pictures?
